However, we understand that problems can occur and we are committed to resolving them with transparency and fairness. Below you will find our refund policy.

1.1 Repayment Total :
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or a problem occurs that renders the service unusable and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours, we will be happy to refund the purchase price.

Applications for reimbursement must be submitted within the 72 hours after the date of purchase. Applications submitted after this deadline will not be considered for reimbursement.

1.2 Partial repayments :
Refund requests made after the initial 72-hour period, but during the active subscription period, may be partially refunded depending on how long the subscription was used. Our support team will contact you to clarify any refund requests.

1.3 Deadline for reimbursement :
Refunds are made between 20 and 90 working daysdepending on the payment provider. We will endeavor to initiate the refund upon receipt and review of the request, but please note that delays in payment processing may cause delays beyond our control.

Refunds for technical issues will only be processed if you give us the opportunity to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve your issue within 48 hours of receiving your support request, we will provide a refund.

3.2 72-hour deadline for reimbursement :
Applications for reimbursement must be submitted within 72 hours after your purchase. No refunds will be given after this period unless our service is unavailable for more than 48 hours due to problems caused by our services.

3.3 Refunds for payments by credit card :
Refunds for credit card payments are usually processed and credited to your account within 20 to 31 working days. In some cases, this period can be up to 90 daysIPTV Germany is not responsible for delays caused by third party payment providers.

No full or partial refund will be granted in the following situations:

Problems with the user configuration :
If you are unable to set up your device or system, we will provide you with the best possible support. However, we cannot provide refunds for configuration issues as we are not responsible for external devices or devices beyond the specified configuration steps.

Temporary problems with ducts :
Some channels may occasionally experience temporary interruptions such as freezing, slowdowns or malfunctions. These often temporary problems can be caused by :

  • Fluctuations in your Internet connection.
  • Problems with your device or configuration.
  • Problems with your Internet service provider (ISP).
  • Temporary incidents on our servers.

As these problems are usually temporary, no refunds will be given. Our engineers are constantly working to rectify them.

Change of mind :
There will be no refund if you change your mind after purchase or if you decide to cancel without encountering technical problems with the service.

5. compensation for longer interruptions

If you have waived your IPTV subscription for longer than 48 hours due to a problem caused by our services, we will refund the full amount or extend your subscription to compensate for the lost time.
